A little note about our classes
Every class follows the same Pilates foundation.
The difference is in pace, intensity, and flow. As you build strength, confidence, and familiarity with the movements, you’ll naturally progress into Level 2 classes where the pace is a little quicker and the challenge is a little greater.
Our Advanced Class is designed for those who already have prior Pilates experience and feel comfortable with reformer foundations, transitions, and technique. No matter where you begin, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.
The practice
The studio offering now reads as four clean image-led fields instead of a long row of repeated cards. Every service is still visible, but the section uses space more deliberately.

Yes, absolutely! Our classes are suitable for beginners, and our instructors will guide you throughout your journey.
Before class
Please maintain personal hygiene and use deodorant before class.
Bring your own water bottle to class.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
Wear appropriate workout attire and grip socks if required.
During class
Avoid loud conversations during class sessions.
Phones should be kept on silent mode during class.
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Handle all studio equipment with care.
After class
Dispose of all trash in the dustbin before leaving.
Keep the studio clean and organized at all times.
Clean your space and equipment after use.
Do not slam weights or equipment on the floor.
Policy
Attendance and punctuality are expected from all students.
We do not offer makeup classes for missed sessions.
Once a class is missed, it cannot be carried forward, adjusted, or compensated later.
